Foreigner brings classic rock back to Erie, PA

There’s nothing like a night witnessing one of the greats! Foreigner, the band that brought us so many hits of the 70s and 80s, was due to hit Erie, Pennsylvania at the historic Warner Theatre on July 27th and I wasn’t about to miss it!

Before Foreigner came on, a choir performed from local high school General McLane.

It was a nice twist from the usual opening act, showcasing not only young talent, but the many avenues that can lead you to rock music, such as singing in a school choir! After that ensemble finished, it wasn’t long before Foreigner came out to the song “Double Vision” — the crowd went nuts! Everyone was in awe of the legendary rock back from beginning to the eventual conclusion of the show with megahit “Hot Blooded”. With 10 multi-platinum albums and 16 Top 30 hits, Foreigner is one of the most popular rock acts in the world and they definitely still show it. The packed house of a lively dancing crowd just proves it even further. Make sure you catch these icons in a town near you if you can!
