On July 7, 2016, Hawaii's own Iration graced the San Diego stage along with support from Through the Roots and Mike Pinto. We caught up with the trio at the sold out show that was part of their Hotting Up Tour at the House of Blues. The excitement emanating from everyone around the music venue was incredible.  We didn't know what to expect. Was this going to be an “everyone sitting down on stools, slow, toned-down set” or was it going to have that energy they're known for? Well, a little of both – we'd say the perfect amount of both. Iration managed to get the crowd moving from song to song, people dancing to acoustic music wasn't something I was used to. Swaying maybe, but dancing – not in our experience. It was awesome. Iration's lead singer Micah Pueschel stated this was their first acoustic show and hinted they were working on an acoustic album and this was their trial run to iron out some wrinkles. An Iration acoustic album? Dope!
