The hefty 22 city Spring Rising Tour just came to an end, and Top Shelf Reggae had the absolute pleasure of attending the tail end of the tour in Livermore, CA with The Steppas, New Kingston, and Through the Roots. The Livermore Reggae nights presented by California Roots once again did a fantastic job of putting together this event just a week before the 2014 California Roots Festival in Monterey, CA.
