Sting delivers epic 21 song set for fans in Sacramento

Sting‘s recent show at the Hard Rock Casino in Wheatland, CA was a night to remember for his fans. The legendary musician was on tour with his son Joe Sumner, who opened the show with a powerful performance of his own. The sold-out show featured 21 songs from Sting’s solo work and hits from his previous band, The Police.

Joe Sumner’s opening set was a great way to start the night. His music was different from his father’s, but it was clear that he had inherited his dad’s musical talent. He was a great warm-up act for Sting and got the crowd excited for the main event.

The audience was captivated from the moment Sting took the stage. He opened with the classic Police hit “Message in a Bottle,” and the crowd erupted in applause. Sting’s voice was as powerful as ever, and he commanded the stage with ease. His band was tight and energetic, adding to the overall excitement of the show.

Sting’s setlist was a perfect mix of old and new. He played fan favorites like “Every Breath You Take” and “Roxanne,” as well as newer songs like “Loving You” and “Rushing Water.” The crowd sang along to every word, and it was clear that they were thrilled to be there.

One of the highlights of the show was when Sting performed “Fields of Gold.”

The audience was completely silent as he sang, and you could feel the emotion in the room.

It was a beautiful moment that showcased the power of Sting’s voice and the depth of his songwriting.

Another highlight was towards the end of “Shape of my Heart,” the male backup singer started singing the chorus to Juice WRLD hit song “Lucid Dreams” while Sting was singing towards chorus of “Shape of my Heart.” It was very unexpected and it was cool to see the other members of the band having their time to shine.

During “Heavy Cloud No Rain,” the female backup singer started singing with Sting, then a few songs later he allowed the harmonica player to do his thing.

Throughout the show, Sting interacted with the crowd and shared stories about his life and music. He was charming and funny, and the audience loved every minute of it. It was clear that he was enjoying himself as much as his fans were.
