8th Annual We Can Survive benefit concert coming to LA

It’s that time again to announce the world’s most popular musicians, coming together to show support for this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Once again, California is back to bring you its 8th Annual ‘We Can Survive‘ concert, presented by Audacy on October 23rd, at the famous Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, CA. After a concert-less 2020, southern California is ready to bounce back and bring us this spectacular and powerful live music experience at one of its most beautiful and iconic music venues, showcasing a star-powered lineup to honor those who are fighting the hardest right now during these unprecedented times.

This year’s event will feature our current #1 chart-topping hottest acts that we all love and cherish, along with a few incredible up-and-coming new artists.

With performances from Shawn Mendes, Coldplay, Maroon 5, The Kid Laroi, Doja Cat (a Los Angeles native) and Black Eyed Peas, these recognizable sensations will certainly bring the house down and put on a show that you will never forget to help spread awareness in hopes for a cure for this unfortunate disease.

Audacy — the new audio home for all your music, news, sports and podcasts — is here to help bring breathtaking artists together to help support a great cause. This inspiring event is also partnering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to bring about Audacy’s I’m Listening organization, whose goal is to end the stigma around discussing mental health.

“We Can Survive is a high-profile concert that recognizes National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the annual campaign to bring attention to and share information about the disease,” boasts Audacy’s website. “Every year since 2013, we have put on the star-studded show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, in collaboration with Young Survival Coalition.”

Regardless of the challenges this world is currently facing, live music will always be that staple in our existence that can bring everyone together around the world, helping heal one another and to bring understanding to the fact that we are all facing our own battles. If we work together as one to celebrate this amazing life, the end result will be a positive one for all. We have to stay positive during these crazy times and spread the message of a brighter future.

In southern California and haven’t seen a concert since the pandemic happened? I highly recommend this to be the event of the year for you. Not only will you be on your feet rocking out to some timeless classics, but you will be a part of an amazing charity event, helping make a difference in this world.
