Hangout Fest announces post-pandemic return for 2022

It has been a long two and a half years since the South has been graced with Hangout Music Fest (thanks global pandemic). Yet, its absence has only made this mainstream pop, hip hop and alternative festival all the more desirable. As of yesterday, Hangout staff has finally unveiled the glorious return to Alabama’s Gulf Shores, set to take place next May 20th through 22nd. And, what a weekend it will be!

Mixing popular artists of all areas of music, Hangout is the ultimate summer kick-off party.

When we say ‘all’ areas, we really mean it. 2022’s epic lineup includes rap titans like Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, Louis The Child, Jack Harlow and Lil Yachty. Want to head-band to badass beats? Illenium, SLANDER, LUCII, SIDEPIECE, Ship Wrek and Zedd have you covered, while alt lovers have Tame Impala, Oliver Tree, Moon Taxi and Fall Out Boy. Want that soulful R&B sound? Try a little Leon Bridges or Still Woozy. Some country? There’s Maren Morris and Kane Brown (in the same day, no less!), along with newcomers BRELAND and Paul Cauthen. Slow it on down? Get after The Head and The Heart, Phoebe Bridgers or Chelsea Cutler. What about some reggae rhythms? Spice it up with some Koffee or to the 90s classics of Sublime With Rome. Seriously, there is something for every music lover here.

Pre-sale for this epic return started on the Hangout website as of yesterday, with three-day General Admission starting at $339. Of course, you can always upgrade to VIP starting at $1,219 plus fees. And, if you really want to party like a rockstar, Hangout is offering the Big Kahuna package, giving you unrivaled access to pretty much everything. Talk about the greatest holiday present ever!!
