Los Angeles set for Snoop Dogg’s Once Upon A Time 2021

Once Upon A Time in LA 2021 returns from its 2019 debut! The festival was planned to come back in 2020, yet fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic (as most did). The multigenerational jam-packed lineup for this year gives us a mix of oldies, funk and old and new-school hip hop. Hosted by Snoop Dogg, Once Upon A Time 2021 will bring together many west coast legends on Saturday, December 18th, moving from its original home in the LBC to the Banc of California & Exposition Park in the heart of south Los Angeles, California.

Performances will be held all day, from 11am-11pm, on one of three stages.

Old-school lovers can see their favorites, such as Al Green, The Isley Brothers, George Clinton and Brenton Wood. The festival even threw in a little old-school funk, with Zapp, Mary Jane Girls and Lisa Lisa! For gangster rap lovers, the festival is bringing together headliners Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, The Game, Ice Cube, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, as well as notable names like Three Six Mafia, E-40, Too Short, Warren G, Tha Dogg Pound and Xzibit. And, of course, Once Upon A Time in LA couldn’t forget about Chicano rap stars Baby Bash, Cypress Hill, Lil Rob, MC Magic, Amanda Perez and Mr. Capone-E. The festival even added in artists for new school rap fans, such as YG, Dom Kennedy, Blueface and Drakeo the Ruler.
