WORLD VIDEO PREMIERE: Evolution Effect “Just”

Edgy rock band Evolution Effect is back with the lyric video for “Just”, a single dropped back on April 18th via Rebel Sound Records. Soft at the beginning with a cathartic chorus burst, “Just” details a lovers lies and the feelings when caught in the depths of deception. “Just for you I cry // Just for you I die”… it’s these kind of lyrics that sticks a stake straight into your soul.

Deceit isn’t justifiable. Ever.

You should’ve seen it coming, right? Evolution Effect says “just for you I wait // just for you I hate // hate me”, taking the blame for the wool pulled so cleverly over their eyes. But a wolf in sheep’s clothing is hard to spot before it’s too late.

In this world video premiere by King I-Vier of Upmost PR, a dark, borderline demonic woman dances suggestively behind the song’s lyrics, showing just how tempting it can be to fall into demise. The textured overlays, the shadowy scenes, the seductive charlatan only amplify the overall tone of the track — somber and saturated with anger. It’s definitely an emotional ride!
