Dirty Heads announce Swim Team Fall Tour

In anticipation for the new Dirty Heads full-length LP Swim Team out October 13th, fans get to know where the band is headed first! Once the last of sweet summer is gone, the DH crew is hitting the road with indie rock band The Unlikely Candidates and one of the most enigmatically captivating bands on the rise, Tyrone’s Jacket. Needless to say, Dirty Head fans this fall are going to be enthralled from curtain up to curtain close.

Needless to say, Dirty Head fans this fall are going to be enthralled from curtain up to curtain close.

Although celebrating the new album, the Swim Team tour is short and sweet – encompassing only 30 days! Starting in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on October 24th, the musical triad meanders up the Atlantic coastline to literally play map twister after that, landing in Oakland, CA on November 24th to close the tour down. Yes, the day after Thanksgiving happens to be the tour finale, making it ever so easy for reggae-rock fans to show their gratitude by attending it. Despite a short time spectrum, the tour does consist of 23 shows across 16 states – and even two countries! That’s right: Canadian DH fans will be able to catch performances in Quebec and Ontario before the bands border-hop back into the states. This coast-to-coast, bicontinental tour stops for one show in the Midwest, and only two shows in the Heads’ home state of sunny California… which begs the question if a west coast winter tour is on the horizon for 2018. Guess west coast fans will have to wait for another tour stretch, hitting up the Los Angeles or Oakland shows in the meantime.
