The 2019 Summer Concert Series at Garden AMP would not be complete without a Julian Marley concert! The amphitheater in Garden Grove, CA hosted a three-stage mini-festival with Julian Marley headlining. Top Shelf Music caught the festival with Cali Conscious and B Foundation also performing.

The 2019 Summer Concert Series at Garden AMP would not be complete without a Julian Marley concert!

Huntington Beach locals, Cali Conscious, warmed up the crowd with their sweet surf reggae sounds, entertaining with songs like fan favorite “Avocado”. Up next, southern California favorites B Foundation took to stage with their rock/surf/reggae sound. Lead guitar player Tyler Lewis lit up the stage, encouraging a rainfall of dollar bills from one fan.

Supporting the release of his long-awaited new album, As I Am, Julian Marley and The Uprising brought love and positivity to the stage with songs like “Straighter Road”. Marley continued to share his message with other new songs off the album, “Chalice Load”, and “Papa”. Marley’s fantastic band, The Uprising, and his gorgeous backup singers made for a fun-filled evening, entertaining fans of all ages.
