Stand Atlantic & friends rock Ventura Music Hall

On May 6th, I was fortunate enough to see one the best up-and-coming pop punk bands straight from Australia — Stand Atlantic, with Cemetery Sun and With Confidence. At the new Ventura Music Hall (which I was excited to check out, because I remember what this venue used to be), the first up was a band I have never heard of called Cemetery Sun. They infuse hip hop and trap beats into traditional pop rock, which was very interesting and entertaining.

Next, it was time for With Confidence, who were on my bucket list of bands to see!

The energy they had got the crowd singing and dancing along. It was finally time for Stand Atlantic, who I had the pleasure to see back in 2018, so it was cool to see and shoot them again. The way Bonnie (the lead singer) interacted with the crowd was amazing, telling stories and joking around. It was one of the best live performances I’ve seen in a long time! Make sure you catch Stand Atlantic as they tour to a city near you.
