The Vaccines bring a dose of UK rock ‘n roll to Los Angeles
The Vaccines closed out their North American leg of the tour at The Belasco Theater in Los Angeles and the vibe couldn’t have been higher. The show was sold out and, even with last minute venue change and the unexpected (and quite rare) LA rainstorm, The Belasco was packed.
It gave some special energy to the crowd.
Thus Love opened the show before The Vaccines brought elegancy mixed with raw intensity to the stage. Their high-energy, fast-paced setlist — along with Justin’s amazing interaction with the audience — won over the crowd in no time.
They performed a huge variety of their older tracks alongside newer songs, paying attention to all fan-favorites. Having just released their latest album Pick-Up Full Of Pink Carnations last year, The Vaccines paid special attention to run through it, too.
It was great to see the robust rock ‘n roll energy of the show, brought forth by such virtuoso artists. The vibrancy of their performance and warmth onstage was a perfect ending for the rainy day.
