Dubbed number one in “World Music” at the 2014 OC Music Awards, the Dirty Heads plan to leave the studio and forge the road! Last week, the Orange County natives declared to the public all the stops they are laying down on their spring tour, inevitably leading to their much anticipated album release rumored out this June. The headlining Heads team up with a myriad of up and coming reggae-rock opening acts, among which Thrive!, Spred The Dub, and 10 Years are advertised.
Starting in Salt Lake City at the close of this month, the boys bail out eastward, end up backtracking to California, only to spin right around for a Florida finale. Wrapping up Memorial Day Weekend, the hip-hop misfits leave little, yet feasible time to return to their Southern California neighborhood before official news regarding their impending full-length album has to be released. And, of course, the hinted at colossal-sized collaborative summer tour will finally be more than mere gossip!
