Fia releases “Morning Time (Acoustic)” for lovers

Hawaiian reggae artist Fia slows down his recent dancehall jam “Morning Time (Awoia)” in this extra special acoustic rendition. The original version, released last year, garnered the island artist a spot on the Ineffable Records roster — no small feat for an aspiring singer-songwriter!

With renewed warmth & staccato guitar, “Morning Time (Acoustic)” is straight Fia.

If you’re new to Fia’s talent, you’re most likely unaware of his impressive vocal range. He’s like the Chris Brown or Mario of Hawaiian reggae: smooth, sweet, sensual and loaded with all the right lyrics to get the girls going! “Morning Time” is of no exception. Singing “place your hand in mine… I’m only here till the morning time,” Fia asserts his lover boy role once again. The track’s acoustic version uses guitar and bass to solely emphasize this ‘seize the moment’ attitude, albeit with a more romantic timbre than its kettledrum-infused dancehall original. And, if it can’t be tonight, “tell me this isn’t the last time that I’m gonna see you,” Fia pleads. How can you resist that sentimentality?

With the new release Fia explodes further into island reggae fame, this time part of the Ineffable team. Fans can only hope that this rising star’s momentum remains high, for lord knows we all need it in 2021! For more information or to tune into “Morning Time (Acoustic)” today, visit the links below.
