Primavera Sound is starting the party early. The 24th edition of Barcelona’s flagship festival has unveiled a dazzling 150-artist bill for 2026—led by The Cure, Doja Cat, The xx (returning after nearly a decade), Gorillaz (with Damon Albarn steering a new album, The Mountain), Massive Attack (their first-ever Primavera Sound appearance), pop lightning bolt Addison Rae, and shoegaze legends My Bloody Valentine. The main festival days run June 4–6, 2026, with an opening day, a Sunday-closing electronic blowout, and a citywide parallel program stretching the celebration into a full 7-day event.
Primavera’s calling card has always been scope and surprise, and this year’s canvas is vast: Mac DeMarco, Father John Misty, Big Thief, Little Simz, Slowdive, Wet Leg (back for a second straight year), Alex G, Bad Gyal (in her only 2026 festival show), Pinkpantheress, Skrillex, Peggy Gou, Ethel Cain, Blood Orange, Dijon, Kneecap, and more headline a slate that nods to the past while pushing toward what’s next. Even deeper cuts tell the story—Ravyn Lenae, Knocked Loose, MARINA, Touché Amoré, Underground Resistance, Men I Trust, Overmono, Beverly Glenn-Copeland (with Elizabeth Copeland), Melt-Banana, Guitarricadelafuente, and adventurous bookings like Joan La Barbara, Mohammad Reza Mortazavi, and Brìghde Chaimbeul. Add in global voices from Ghana to Japan to Puerto Rico—and rising homegrown names like Rojuu, Depresión Sonora, Barry B, Renaldo & Clara, and DISOBEY—and you’ve got a week where borders blur and discovery is guaranteed.
Time-travel moments abound, too: reunion sets from Rilo Kiley and Texas Is the Reason, a present-tense run from Panda Bear, Water From Your Eyes, Smerz, and Lucrecia Dalt (fresh off standout 2025 releases), and forward-leaning futures with Oklou, rusowsky, 2hollis, Ralphie Choo, fakemink, NEW YORK—plus a double-duty turn from Cameron Winter both solo and with Geese. The Auditori Fòrum returns after a year away to host special performances, while Parc del Fòrum remains the festival’s beating heart. Industry conference Primavera Pro marks its 17th edition June 3–7 with talks and showcases.
Tickets & fan sale
From the release of the Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 line-up until September 28th at 11:59 p.m. CEST, a registration form for the Fan Sale will be available on the Primavera Sound website, allowing fans to purchase a general full festival ticket for €295 / ~$316 (plus booking fee) and a VIP pass for €545 / ~$583 (plus booking fee).
On September 29th, registered users will receive instructions by email on how to access the Fan Sale from 11:00 CEST. The Fan Sale will be active for 24 hours or until tickets sell out.
General ticket sales will open on September 30th at 11:00 CEST on Fever for €350 / ~$375 (plus booking fee) for general full festival tickets and €545 / ~$583 (plus distribution costs) for VIP full festival tickets.
Revolut is offering all its customers a €15 / ~$16 discount on the price of Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 tickets.
Vueling is offering a 10% discount on round trip flights to and from Barcelona (between May 15th and June 15th) to anyone who purchases a Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 ticket between 29 September 29th and October 1st. The discount can be used until October 31st.
Primavera Pro accreditations
In the case of the Primavera Pro accreditations, the registration for the Fan Sale will be done on the Primavera Pro website: from the release of the Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 line-up until September 28th at 23:59h CEST. The Primavera Pro Basic accreditation will cost €330 / ~$353 (plus booking fee) and the Primavera Pro Premium accreditation will cost €580 / ~$621 (plus booking fee) until they sell out.
On September 29th, registered users will receive an email reminder to access the Fan Sale, which will be active on the AccessTicket app from 11:00h CEST for 24 hours or until tickets sell out.
The general accreditation sale for Primavera Pro will open on September 30th at 11:00h CEST on the AccessTicket app.
