Music lovers around the world haven't seen much new material from California based Rebelution in what feels like ages. However, that strange emptiness will all change. That’s when the GRAMMY-nominated group released their brand new track “Celebrate,” the first in a series of monthly singles to be released on the last Friday of every month until the release of the new album slated for June 15th titled Free Rein.

While the group has consistently been on the road and headlined festival performances, they haven’t recorded a full length album since 2016’s Falling Into Place which was nominated for the “Best Reggae Album” GRAMMY award.
Free Rein sees the California-based band exploring new genres more so than ever as they fuse their classic reggae sound with R&B, rock, jazz, folk and more. The band teamed up with acclaimed producers Don Corleon (Rihanna, Sean Paul) and Winta James (Damian Marley, Chronixx) on several of the tracks.
Keep an eye on Rebelution in the coming months as they kick off their Free Rein Summer Tour with Stephen Marley, Common Kings, Zion-I and DJ Mackle.
