WORLD VIDEO PREMIERE: Mystic Roots “Remind Me”

The five-piece reggae rock fusion Mystic Roots Band (MRB) from Chico, California is back with an infatuating video for their latest love ballad “Remind Me” off Roots Musician Records. A spin off of Naked Eye’s 80’s pop hit “(There’s) Always Something There to Remind Me”, MRB hits nostalgia on the head in more ways than one in this world video premiere.

Between the beautiful landscapes and sincerity of the singers, this music video will elevate anyone…

Directed and edited by Brent Holland, the video begins as a band member enters an airport terminal, hell bent on escapism with packed bags in hand following a failed relationship. Little does he know he can travel the entire world, yet never outrun the ghosts of his past. Sometimes, you just have to face the music. MRB’s female vocalist, Katherine, is the proverbial ‘one that got away’ in the video, and her cutaway shots in the chorus amplify the single’s sugary sweet female version of Naked Eyes’ claim to fame. Between the beautiful landscapes and sincerity of the singers, this music video will elevate anyone – haunted or not. For more information on Mystic Roots Band, visit www.mysticroots.com.
