On July 6th 2018, Latin-rock reggae Simbala band opened up the Reggae on the Beach show held at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort. Next up was the guys in Cal1fa and they really got the crowed prepped for the fun to come. Then came crowd favorite Pato Banton, who even with heat reaching the 90s on the beach, got kids up onstage and the entire crowd dancing with him. The night closed out with headliners Tribal Theory, who continued the excitement with the energy they always bring to the stage.
