One of the most popular reggae rock bands in recent memory, Rebelution, has just announced that they will release an EP of remixes from their recent album Count Me In. The band worked with some of the genre’s premier producers and musicians to complete this project that is set to drop on January 20th, 2015. Featured on the EP are Iration, J Boog, The Green, Katchafire, Marshall “MG” Goodman, among others.
Rebelution embarked on their Winter Greens National Tour with Katchafire on January 14, 2015 and still have the bulk of the tour left to play. The band is coming off a year in which they saw their album reach number one on Billboard’s Reggae Albums chart. All proceeds from the new Count Me In remix EP will go to a small group of deserving charities.
