Breaking Benjamin & Three Days Grace in Irvine, CA
American hard rock giants Breaking Benjamin brought an outstanding lineup onstage for their 2019 North American summer tour in support of their latest album Ember. And, at the tail end of the tour, the bands stopped in Irvine, California at the FivePoint Amphitheatre on September 16th. Diamante and Dorothy were first to open the show. Those who came early definitely had their best time! By the beginning of Three Days Grace’s performance, the arena was almost full.
Well-known band from Ontario, Canada, Three Days Grace has plenty of hits, a strong fanbase and definitely outstanding energy onstage. Their dedicated fans were singing with true passion throughout the entire set to support the band. Three Days Grace celebrated their last album Outsider with this world tour, as well.

Illinois natives Chevelle brought on stage more serious and heavy sound next. And, then the giant Ember eye of Breaking Benjamin appeared. Their fierce set of 17 songs was full of old and new hits. The devoted crowd was singing their heart out throughout the whole show. Benjamin Burnley was jumping off the stage to get closer and interact with all who showed up. After the third song, he brought some fans and kids onstage, too! In the middle of the set was a cover section when the band performed Star Wars’ Imperial March and well-known songs by Nirvana, Metallica and Queen before finishing with a drum solo by Shaun Foist. The show was closed with one of their biggest hits “The Diary of Jane”. Catch these bands on the road before the end of the summer!
