Bumpin Uglies hit hard at Old Rock House, St. Louis

East Coast reggae rockers Bumpin Uglies made their way through the Gateway to the west on August 6th, stopping by the Old Rock House in St. Louis and delivering Missouri fans all of the hits they had been waiting to hear for over two years — when the band last made their way through The Lou. Opening the night were — somewhat — local boys, Your New Favorite T-Shirt (yes, that is the name of the band) out of Jefferson City, MO, who warmed the COVID-appropriate sized crowd up a fair amount with a very eclectic fusion of folk, reggae and rock, laced with lyrics vividly describing real, modern life.

Your New Favorite T-Shirt had insanely relatable lyrics, similar to that of headliners Bumpin Uglies.

Continuing their monthly release of The Never Ending Drop, the boys from Maryland ran through just about the whole rundown of the newest singles, as well as a fan-suggested setlist, tailored to this specific crowd that, from start to finish, left everyone in attendance franticly hoping for the band’s next visit!
