On May 19th, Rasta Paw Music & Arts Festival was held at Casa Estrella's outdoor venue. It was a charity event, with all proceeds going to Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary, SNAP (Neuter Scooter) and Fallbrook Riders Field. The event was headlined by Fluid Foundation with special guest appearances by Kaleo (Pepper), Dan Kelly (Fortunate Youth), Pato Banton and Marlon “Ganja Farmer” Asher. New Leaf was direct support and there were also performances by Indica Roots, Highminded, Special Blend, Junior Keith, Kingsland and The Tones.
This was a fun event to cover, I got to see a lot of good friends and hear some great music! And, on top of all of that, it was all for a good cause. I am really looking forward to the next Rasta Paw event.
