A Drive-In Concert Experience featuring Sublime With Rome and Bikini Trill stretched two nights at the Alameda Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. Night One was a smoky due to the California fires, but that didn’t stop reggae-rock fans from coming out with their family and friends and enjoying their Friday night to the fullest!
Vibes were high and everyone was happy to be witnessing live music again.
Bikini Trill from Los Angeles kicked things off with a super high-energy set. Later, headliners Sublime With Rome hit the stage and played all the classics, as well as some new goodies for everyone to enjoy. Fun fact: in a way, this was a hometown show for frontman, Rome Ramirez, who grew up in Fremont, California — about a half hour drive from the Alameda Fairgrounds. Rome made a quick dedication to his family and friends in the audience, emphasizing how important it is to follow your dreams. Cheers to Night One and to the return of live music in NorCal!
