Like the Fantastic Five of reggae music, the great super powers come together to create something that’s truly out of this world.
…the great super powers come together to create something that’s truly out of this world.
The initial version of Smokin’ Love which featured Collie Buddz was released June 3rd, 2014 and mended two completely different styles of reggae together. Scott Woodruff, lead singer of Stick Figure and Collie Buddz do what they’ve been doing since the early beginnings, which is getting people off their feet and into the groove. If this collaboration wasn’t enough, a new remix which just dropped early June features a new layer of hard hitting players like J Boog, Iration, and Dizzy Wright.
Stick Figure continuously maintains a unique style of music that combines a creative blend of upbeat roots reggae with the laid back reverberating echoes of dub. It’s this successful combination that keeps it’s fan so pumped during their live performances. The new remix brings new life to the already great single and underneath it all, the track still has the complexity of a classic.
