The 3rd Annual Carolina Sessions, put together by the people of California Roots, is taking place on October 3, 2015 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It includes such heavy hitters as 311, SOJA, and Steel Pulse, along with J. Boog, Stick Figure, Passafire, and more.
The event will take place at Myrtle Beach Pavilion from around 10:30AM until 11:30PM. Formerly taking place in Wilmington, North Carolina, Festival Operations Manager Amy Sheehan announced Battleship Park is no longer allowing concerts; therefore, the festival has moved to another location, close to hotels and plenty of parking.
Just in time for the falls season, east coast supporters of the California Roots Festival, which takes place every May in Monterey, California, can bring their good, sweet vibes and enjoy a full day of reggae-rock music, art, and environmental consciousness along the coast of South Carolina.
