Rock in the sunny state… When you think of Florida, you may think of beaches, good restaurants and fun times in the heat. Me, personally, I think of the best festival since Warped Tour! Welcome To Rockville is a yearly festival (like Warped Tour, only stagnant) that has a really, really, really good lineup of rock and metal acts. We’re talking the best in the business.
Every November, Daytona Beach hosts the annual Welcome To Rockville — a mega celebration of rock artists.
This year at the Daytona International Speedway, festival acts include Social Distortion, Rob Zombie, Nine Inch Nails, Def Tones, Lynard Skynyrd, Cypress Hill, Stone Temple Pilots, The Offspring and so many more over four full days of music November 11th through 14th. Metallica headlines this year’s festival twice — once on Friday and again on Sunday! More bands featured will be Falling In Reverse, Pennywise, Disturbed, alongside horror-inspired band Ice Nine Kills, who will be fresh off a new album and my personal favorite band of the lineup. There’s a band for everyone, it seems!
Everywhere you go, stages will be set up aside food vendors galore, with tons of beer for of-age attendees, of course. Metallica’s two nights will be two different set lists. This fest is four days of fun you don’t wanna miss, so make sure to get your tickets to Welcome To Rockville now in order to experience the best festival lineup for rock lovers.
