Boo Ha Ha Oktoberfest set to bring haunts & hops to Orange County

Get ready to mark your calendars, because on Saturday, October 26th, the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa is the place to be. The Boo Ha Ha Music & Beer Oktoberfest is back and promises to be a night of epic fun and high-energy performances. This year’s event isn’t just your average Halloween party — it’s also the birthday bash for Menace of The Woody Show, presented by Alt 98.7. If you’re looking for a night filled with great music, unlimited beer sampling, and some serious costume competition, this is the event you don’t want to miss, brought to you by Brew Ha Ha Productions.

Kicking off the night, you’ll be treated to performances by none other than Orange County’s own Lit and Save Ferris.

These bands are local legends and are ready to bring their signature sounds to what’s sure to be a wild crowd. Lit, known best for their 1999 hit “My Own Worst Enemy”, will take you back to the days when pop punk ruled the airwaves. With their catchy hooks and high-octane stage presence, they’ve maintained a loyal fanbase for over two decades. If you’ve ever wanted to scream along to those angsty lyrics in a live setting, now’s your chance.

On the other hand, Save Ferris brings a different flavor to the lineup with their infectious ska-punk vibes. Led by the charismatic Monique Powell, the band rose to fame in the late 90s with hits like “Come on Eileen” and “The World Is New”. Their shows are a riot of upbeat tunes, brass sections, and nonstop dancing. If you’re looking for a reason to dust off your skanking shoes, Save Ferris is it. Their set is guaranteed to have you moving from the first note to the last.

But the music is just part of the Boo Ha Ha experience.

From 6pm to 9pm, attendees can enjoy unlimited beer sampling from a wide selection of local and regional breweries. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, smooth lagers, or something a little more experimental, there’s something for every beer lover. It’s the perfect way to kick off the evening before the bands hit the stage.

And let’s not forget about the costumes. Halloween is right around the corner and Boo Ha Ha is pulling out all the stops with an epic costume contest. This is your chance to get creative and show off your best spooky, funny, or downright weird outfit. Whether you’re going solo or coordinating with a group, the competition is bound to be fierce.

When the main event wraps up at 10pm, the party isn’t over.

Head over to The Zombie Room for the official after-party, running until midnight. With more music, more drinks, and plenty of space to keep dancing, it’s the perfect way to end a night of Halloween madness.

Lit and Save Ferris are both known for their unforgettable live shows and having them on the same bill is a recipe for a night to remember. Whether you’re a longtime fan of these bands or just looking for a good time this Halloween, Boo Ha Ha is the place to be. Expect sing-alongs, dancing, and a whole lot of beer-fueled fun. Tickets on sale now via the festival’s website, so see all you ghouls and goblins there!
