Festivals are finally making their long-awaited return! What better way to welcome festival-goers back than a complete ‘fan driven’ festival!? Blue Ridge Rock Fest has everything — from artists to vendors to even pricing — get voted on by the consumer! That’s right, Blue Ridge 2021 is going down in Danville, VA this September 9th through 12th, all entirely curated by the public. Did we mention it’s hosted by Jackass star Steve-O and Lou Brutus?!
Blue Ridge is truly a festival for the people!
Artists were announced on the daily and it’s been super fun checking back every day saying, “No way! They are gonna be playing too!?” With 180+ bands on six stages over four days, this is going to be quite the experience! The lineup includes headliners Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin (their only festival performance of 2021), Limp Bizkit, Megadeth, A Day to Remember, Rise Against, Lamb of God, Papa Roach (playing Infest in its entirety, plus some greatest hits!) and Bush. Other performances throughout the epic four days include Halestorm, I Prevail (their only announced show of 2021!!), Chevelle, Seether, Cypress Hill, Anthrax (celebrating their 40th anniversary), Skillet (playing a full pyro set!), Killswitch Engage, Body Count featuring Ice-T, Trivium, Asking Alexandria, Beartooth, P.O.D. (playing their best selling album Satellite in its entirety), Testament, Motionless in White, Avatar, Ice Nine Kills, 10 Years, Spiritbox (making their United States debut!) and so many, many more!
Blue Ridge Rock Fest will also include some other experiences such as the world’s first onsite, sound-proofed Club Experience. The club opens up right after the final Main Stage headliner wraps up on all three nights of the festival and will include headliners Lil Jon, T-Pain, Ludacris and Rev Run. Another experience guests can enjoy is a performance from the world renowned ‘Hellzapoppin’ Circus Sideshow Revue. With performers from Ripley’s Believe it or Not, America’s Got Talent and Cirque du Soleil — the latter doing performances three times a day, all weekend long!
