The Green releases new single “I Will”
The Green has been a reggae chart fixture since the early 2000s with their breakthrough single “Love I” which dominated Hawaiian radio waves. Earlier this week, The Green has given fans some new music, and a surreal lyric video to go along with it. Their latest single titled “I Will” is off the band’s upcoming album Marching Orders, scheduled to be released on October 20th, 2017.
Speaking about the new album, guitarist and vocalist Zion Thompson says, “this album truly is diverse. There’s roots, dancehall, pop rock and of course love songs.“ The album also features collaborations with producer and writer Brian Fennell (Ryan Tedder, One Republic, The Fray, Third Eye Blind), as well as guest appearances by GRAMMY-nominees J Boog and Eric Rachmany of Rebelution, Jamaican dancehall superstar Busy Signal, and Island music veterans Fiji and The Mana’o Company. Marching Orders is available for pre-order on September 15th.
